Product Emissions

One of the key contributor to carbon emissions from events is usage and after usage treatment of products used in the event through out. These include items like Carrybags, water bottles, decorative lighting, flex banners , visiting card, digital invitations, food, sound system and how event owners treat the waste produced. Treatment method includes reuse, recycle, onsite or offsite composting, waste segregation and treatment and waste going to landfill. The event vis a vis event owners would be responsible for emissions from complete life stages of a product if its a single use item and goes to waste. ​If a product is getting reused or recycled then owners would only be responsible for emissions in use life stage and logistics pertaining them and thus lot of waste would be reduced which in turn would reduce carbon emissions.
