Carbon Credits

Carbon Sequestration is a physical process in which applied solution absorbs CO2 from atmosphere thereby reducing CO2 from the atmosphere. The common carbon sequestration is planting trees and another one is installing solar panels, wind mills, etc. As an event owner, you had executed all sustainable solutions to make your event as sustainable as you can. But there are emissions released even by producing, using, disposing sustainable alternatives and only such emissions can be offsetted by planting trees. ​Carbon Credit is a mechanism of exchanging effects of such plantation. 1 Carbon Credit = 1000 kg CO2 absorbed = 1 tree planted. Carbon neutrality is defined as the emissions released by a product or an event is absorbed by a carbon sequestration technique so that net effect on environment from your activity is ZERO .
